The brand Pull and Bear was established in 1991 in answer to the Spanish Inditex Group (which possess among others the brands Zara and Bershka) and as a reaction to market segmentation. At that time the demand for a simple fashion was slightly influenced by international interests. It was supposed to meet three basic requirements: original style, low price and high quality. Pull and Bear

This brand is designed for young people in the age-group from 14 to 28. Pull and Bear collections are designed mostly in a casual style to satisfy youths from cities. New technologies, alternative sports, newest fancy trends and musical styles represent a basic source of an inspiration. Pull and Bear insists on an individual style and they’re not afraid to combine constant elements with recycled elements from the past. Pull and Bear entered the international market thanks to their uncompromisingly low prices. Today there are about 400 Pull and Bear stores in 27 countries. Within a very short period of time they achieved to expand so quickly mainly because of their ability to adapt to young people´s needs.

Spring / summer 2009

The campaign for the coming season, which will be held in a dusty ‘Wild-West’ style, is photographed by Daniel Riera. The photos, featuring British models Sam Way and Joey Kirchner, radiate the warmth and humidity of summer days. Besides clothes and accessories, Pull and Bear also produces perfumes. Pull perfume is available in ladies´ as well as in men´s variations. As well as the other products of the company, they’re determined to young non-conforming people who live their life without conventions.
